We all have 24 hours a day and yet there are those who are able to do more than most of us. Here is a list i have found on what successful people do before 8am.
1.) Exercise. I agree with this. Exercise is a must. It makes our mind and body active.
2.) Map out your day. I find this effective too in the morning. It does not work for me when i do this in the evening. But i think it works for some.
3.) Eat a healthy breakfast. Yey. "Eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince and eat dinner like a pauper." With this i find it hard to do.
4.) Visualization. After mapping out your day, visualize on doing exactly what you're going to do. Be positive and focus on making your day successful.
5.) Usually we have that one thing that we don't like to do. Push yourself to do it first. That would be your first accomplishment for the day and that would give you more motivation to accomplish everything on your list.
